June Jacqueline Wood, 76, of 130 41st St. in Adairsville, was arrested at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday by the Floyd County Police Department and was charged with misdemeanor failure to yield while turning left and misdemeanor homicide by vehicle for her part in a fatal accident that occurred on August 27, 2010.
