According to police and Floyd County Jail records, the following people were arrested recently by local authorities:
Curtis Mack Brown, 49, of 1368 Pleasant Valley Rd. in Rome, was charged with violation of limited driving permit, speeding, open container, and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Danny Edward Puryear, 59, of 25 Holcomb Spur in Adairsville, was charged with probation violation.
Nolanda Lee Reed, 39, of 3 Darlington Way in Rome, was charged with probation violation.
Allison Corey Turner, 24, of 113 East 14th St. in Rome, was charged with 1st degree cruelty to children.
