According to police and Floyd County Jail records, the following people were arrested recently by local authorities:
Cody Lee Barron, 22, of 286 Morrison Campground in Rome, was charged with battery.
Katena Nicole Boring, 40, of 2870 Salem Valley Rd. in Ringgold, was charged with theft by shoplifting.
Rory Lashaun Chatman, 33, of 201 Kingston Hwy. in Rome, was charged with theft by taking, terroristic threats and acts, and criminal trespassing.
Nelvin Douglas Johnson, 34, of 503 Woods Rd. in Rome, was charged with obstruction or hindering law enforcement officers and possession of methamphetamine.
Dale Terre Suit, 50, of 13 Rosemont Dr. in Rome, was charged with possession of drug related objects, possession of controlled substances, possession of drugs by inmates, failure to appear, and possession of methamphetamine.
Timothy Lajonil Wilson, 35, of 14 Shadetree Ln. in Rome, was charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats and acts, 2 counts of 3rd degree cruelty to children, and probation violation.
