According to police and Floyd County Jail records, the following people were arrested recently by local authorities:
John David Carter, 34, of 4130 Cave Spring Rd. in Rome, was charged with parole violation.
Kevin Eugene Conart, 54, of 10 Bannister Rd. in Rome, was charged with theft by taking and criminal trespassing.
Pamela Elaine Corley, 44, of 921 Portland Rd. in Aragon, was charged with theft by shoplifting.
Richard Michael Tevepaugh, 19, of 824 Wax Rd. in Silver Creek, was charged with theft by shoplifting.
