According to police and Floyd County Jail records, the following people were arrested recently by local authorities:
Kevin Von Clifton, 21, of 94 Woodland St. in Rome, was charged with not completing work release and giving convicts items without consent of warden.
Kevin Joseph Degraft, 29, of 14 New Hermitage Rd. in Shannon, was charged with not completing work release and giving convicts items without consent of warden.
Daniel Robert Edwards, 23, of 711 Cornelius Rd. in Cedartown, was charged with fleeing or attempting to elude police officers, reckless driving, and criminal trespassing.
Jerry Handley Harcourt, 52, of 173 Tom Bing Rd. in Silver Creek, was charged with arson in the first degree.
Ronald Mitchell, 36, of 12 Wood Valley Dr. in Rome, was charged with probation violation and DUI.
Tory Shropshire, 38, of 156 Crest Rd. in Summerville, was charged with aggravated stalking and influencing witnesses.
