According to police and Floyd County Jail records, the following people were arrested recently by local authorities:
Valerie Sue Ball, 26, of 108 Pine St. in Rome, was charged with probation violation.
Margy Gay Earls, 48, of 407th 19th St. in Rome, was charged with probation violation.
Lewis Lamar King Jr, 28, of 1256 Fountain St. in Dothan, AL, was charged with probation violation.
Sandra Gail Stocks, 44, of 131 East 13th St. in Rome, was charged with robbery, battery, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving while license suspended or revoked, failure to maintain a lane, and leaving the scene of an accident.
