According to police and Floyd County Jail records, the following people were arrested recently by local authorities:
Stephen Ashley Alford, 32, of 907 Maple Ave. in Rome, was charged with probation violation.
Mitchell Leon Edwards, 24, of 9 Saunders Ave. in Rome, was charged with fleeing or attempting to elude police officers, driving without a license, reckless driving, speeding 80 in a 55, failure to maintain a lane, driving on wrong side of the road, leaving the scene of an accident, too fast for conditions, and probation violation.
Meredith Leigh Ingle, 49, of 115 Stephens Rd. in Silver Creek, was charged with probation violation.
Joel Dale Sisson, 28, of 1014 Rock St. in Cedartown, was charged with criminal trespassing, public drunkenness, and parole violation.
