According to police and Floyd County Jail records, the following people were arrested recently by local authorities:
Jesse Dewayne Akins, 24, of 405 3rd St. in Shannon, was charged with theft by receiving stolen property, theft by deception, criminal damage to property in the 2nd degree, and probation violation.
Valerie Sue Ball, 26, of 108 Pine St. in Rome, was charged with probation violation.
Anthony Rashad Donaldson, 22, of 310 Ashland Park Blvd. in Rome, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent, possession of marijuana within 1000 feet of a school, sale of marijuana, and obstruction or hindering law enforcement officers.
Andria Marie Frost, 29, of 1010 David St. in Centre, AL, was charged with child endangerment and dui.
Bobby Ross Lamb, 41, of 105 Baby Doe Dr. in Rome, was charged with 1st degree forgery.
Linda Jean Murray, 42, of 17 Cherry St. in Rome, was charged with party to a crime, receiving stolen property, and probation violation.
Jimmy Dewayne Nation, 30, of 90 Davis St. in Lindale, was charged with aggravated stalking, simple battery, and 3rd degree cruelty to children.
Brittany Kay Roden, 21, of Hull Ave. in Rome, was charged with party to a crime and theft by receiving stolen property.
