Felony Arrest Report: Tuesday, June 14, 2011

According to police and Floyd County Jail records, the following people were arrested recently by local authorities and charged with at least one felony crime:
 
Darius Tremayne Cooper, 22, of 107 Smith Rd. in Rome, was arrested at 9:15 a.m. Tuesday by the Floyd County Police Department and was charged with felony probation violation and misdemeanor criminal trespassing. Cooper remained in jail Tuesday night.

Bradley Howard Garrett, 30, of 14 Mitchell Cir. in Rome, was arrested at 6:50 p.m. Tuesday by the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office and was charged with 2 counts of felony probation violation. Garrett remained in jail Tuesday night. No picture is available at this time.

Rusty Mac Holbert, 23, of 11 Topridge Dr. in Cartersville, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday by the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office and was charged with 2 counts of felony aggravated sodemy and 2 counts of felony aggravated child molestation. Holbert remained in jail Tuesday night. No picture is available at this time.

Michael Anthony Moss, 51, of 2599 Salem Church Rd. in Conyers, was arrested at 10:55 a.m. Tuesday by the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office and was charged with 2 counts of felony probation violation. Moss remained in jail Tuesday night.

Jack Joseph Stasul, 21, of 25 Virginia Cir. in Rome, was arrested at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday by the Rome Police Department and was charged with felony 1st degree forgery. Stasul remained in jail Tuesday night. No picture is available at this time.

Dewayne Ramone Young, 31, of 38 Hermitage Hwy. in Rome, was arrested at 2:00 a.m. Tuesday by the Rome Police Department and was charged with felony entering an auto or other vehicle with intent of felony, felony robbery, misdemeanor battery, and misdemeanor obstruction or hindering law enforcement officers. Young remained in jail Tuesday night.
