Felony Arrest Report: Tuesday, February 1, 2011

According to police and Floyd County Jail records, the following people were arrested recently by local authorities and charged with at least one felony crime:
 
Daniel Autry Barton, 26, of 310 Camp St. in Rome, was arrested at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday by the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office and was charged with 2 counts of felony theft by receiving stolen property. Barton remained in jail Tuesday night.
 
Tara Renay Brown, 32, of 22 Landers Dr. in Lindale, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday by the Floyd County Police Department and was charged with felony fugitive from justice. Brown remained in jail Tuesday night.
 
Isaac Lamar Chaney, 29, of 316 Reservoir St. in Rome, was arrested at 1:45 a.m. Tuesday by the Rome Police Department and was charged with felony unlawful possession with intent to distribute imitation substance, felony possession of suspected cocaine, and misdemeanor driving while license suspended or revoked. Chaney remained in jail Tuesday night.
 
Terri Diane Davenport, 42, of 2 Glenrise Terrace in Rome, was arrested at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday by the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office and was charged with felony possession of cocaine and misdemeanor probation violation. Davenport remained in jail Tuesday night.
 
Paul Guy Donadio, 57, of 12 Woods Rd. in Rome, was arrested at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday by the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office and was charged with felony possession of cocaine and misdemeanor obstruction or hindering law enforcement officers. Donadio remained in jail Tuesday night.
 
Larry Dale Freeman, 55, of 165 North Avery in Rome, was arrested at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday by the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office and was charged with felony probation violation. Freeman remained in jail Tuesday night.
