Felony Arrest Report: Friday, July 30, 2010

According to police and Floyd County Jail records, the following people were arrested recently by local authorities and charged with at least one felony crime:

 

Clarence William Adams, 48, of 126 Holbrook Dr. in Rome, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. Friday by the Floyd County Police Department and was charged with felony terroristic threats and acts and felony false imprisonment. Clarence remained in jail Friday afternoon. No picture is available at this time.

 

Joshua Ray Bannister, 23, of 494 Wilshire Rd. in Rome, was arrested at 5:34 p.m. Thursday by the Rome Police Department and was charged with felony theft by deception. Joshua remained in jail Friday afternoon.

 

Aubrey Courtland Floyd, 34, of 431 Brannon Ave. in Rome, was arrested at 2:55 p.m. Friday by the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office and was charged with felony probation violation. Aubrey remained in jail Friday afternoon. No picture is available at this time.

 

Phillip Anthony Johnson, 27, of 689 Woods Rd. in Rome, was arrested at 2:15 p.m. Thursday by the Floyd County Police Department and was charged with felony theft by taking. Phillip remained in jail Friday afternoon.

 

Robert Calvin Mullins, 27, of 4687 County Rd. 8 in Hansville, AL, was arrested at 2:20 p.m. Thursday by the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office and was charged with felony theft by taking. Robert remained in jail Friday afternoon.

 

Garry Allen Singleton, 47, of 407 Elliott Dr. in Rome, was arrested at 5:10 p.m. Thursday by the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office and was charged with two counts of felony probation violation. Garry remained in jail Friday afternoon.

 

Kevin Lee Suttles, 43, of 2005 Dean Ave. in Rome, was arrested at 2:54 p.m. Thursday by the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office and was charged with felony probation violation. Kevin remained in jail Friday afternoon.
