According to police and Floyd County Jail records, the following people were arrested recently by local authorities and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs:
Roger Payton Weaver, 60, of 24 Lake Park Dr. in Rome, was arrested at 10:05 a.m. Friday by the Georgia State Patrol and was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Roger was booked and released from jail by Friday afternoon. No picture is available at this time.
