Felony Arrest Report: Thursday, July 29, 2010

According to police and Floyd County Jail records, the following people were arrested recently by local authorities and charged with at least one felony crime:
 
David Earl Ayers, 42, of 3971 Alabama Hwy. in Rome, was arrested at 1:04 a.m. Thursday by the Floyd County Police Department and was charged with felony aggravated stalking and felony burglary. David remained in jail Thursday afternoon.
 
David Anthony Blalock, 31, of 1837 Old River Rd. in Rome, was arrested at 9:30 a.m. Thursday by the Rome Police Department and was charged with felony financial transaction card fraud and misdemeanor theft of mislaid property. David remained in jail Thursday afternoon.
 
Kelly Teniel Diamond, 33, of 203 Woodward St. in Rome, was arrested at 12:10 a.m. Thursday by the Rome-Floyd Metro Drug Task Force and was charged with felony possession of cocaine and misdemeanor prostitution. Kelly remained in jail Thursday afternoon.
 
Morris Franklin Kinnebrew, 47, of 1304 Nelm St. in Rome, was arrested at 10:00 a.m. Thursday by the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office and was charged with felony parole violation. Morris remained in jail Thursday afternoon.
 
Tiffany Ann Payne, 29, of 61 Tency Lane in Rome, was arrested at 9:31 a.m. Thursday by the Rome Probation Office and was charged with felony probation violation. Tiffany remained in jail Thursday afternoon.
 
Lorie Jane Ponder, 22, of 238 Maple Dr. in Cedartown, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. Wednesday by the Rome-Floyd Metro Drug Task Force and was charged with felony possession of crack and misdemeanor prostitution. Lorie remained in jail Thursday afternoon.
